Mortgage brokers handle some of the most sensitive personal and financial data there is. We built LendFrame with that reality at the center of every decision. Not as an afterthought, not as a checkbox. Security and privacy shape what we build, how we build it, and which tools we use.

AI Models

No Training on Your Data

We only use AI models that explicitly guarantee your data is not used for training. Your client information goes in, the output comes back, and nothing is retained or learned from. If a model provider can't make that guarantee in writing, we don't use them.

  • We vet every model provider's data handling policies before integration
  • When policies change, we reassess and switch if needed

Privacy

Privacy-Compliant by Default

We select models and infrastructure that meet privacy compliance standards relevant to Canadian financial services. Data stays where it should, access is limited to what's necessary, and we don't cut corners to move faster.

  • Minimal data exposure: automations only access what they need
  • No client data stored beyond what's required to complete the task

Responsible AI

AI That Knows Its Limits

Not everything should be automated. We evaluate every workflow against the risk it carries. If a task involves judgment calls, compliance-sensitive decisions, or anything where an error could harm a client relationship, we either keep a human in the loop or we leave it manual.

  • Human review is available on any workflow that needs it
  • We don't automate decisions that require professional judgment

Your Data

You Own It. Period.

Your data is yours. We don't sell it, share it, or use it for anything beyond running your automations. If you stop working with us, your data doesn't linger in our systems.
